Just got notice today via twitter @BexarCounty that the proposed FY (Fiscal Year) 2010-2011 Budget for Bexar County is now online: http://www.bexar.org/BexarCounty10-11Proposed%20Budget.pdf.

Commissioners Court held a public hearing on this budget at 11am yesterday and then immediately rubber stamped it following the hearing.
Seriously?
